About Me – Trainer Dalton
My passion for fitness started in my Kinesiology courses at Penn State.
After graduating, I went into law enforcement, where staying physically fit wasn’t optional, it was required. Over time, the gym became more than a task. It became a lifestyle, a place where discipline, self-improvement, and structure turned into something I wanted to share with others.
As my own body transformed, people at the gym began asking me for advice. When they started applying what I taught and seeing real results, I realized I had a true gift for helping people change their lives. That led me into personal training, where I built a strong foundation of knowledge, technique, and hands-on experience with clients on both ends of the fitness spectrum, people trying to gain muscle as underweight beginners and others fighting to lose weight later in life. That balance gave me a unique, well-rounded perspective that helps me relate to every client I work with.
Then COVID hit. Life shifted, responsibilities piled up, and I stepped away from training. What I thought would be a short break turned into almost five years away from the business. But even during that time, the passion never left. I kept training, kept studying, kept helping people in the gym, and learned something important about myself, fitness wasn’t just something I did… it was who I was.
And during those five years, I saw something else happening around me.
COVID changed people. The stress, isolation, shutdowns, and lifestyle shifts led to weight gain, low energy, and a major decline in motivation. I saw it everywhere in friends, coworkers, family, and random people at the gym struggling to get back to where they once were.
Seeing that rise in unhealthy habits, lack of confidence, and physical decline lit a fire in me.
It became another huge reason I’m coming back to personal training.
I want to fight back against the after-effects of COVID. I want to help people rebuild, get healthy again, find their motivation, and step into the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
During my time away, I also started martial arts and earned my black belt in Taekwondo. That journey pushed me mentally and physically in ways I hadn’t experienced before. Achieving that level of discipline and resilience taught me the importance of continued growth, qualities I bring directly into my coaching style today.
Now, after five years away, I’m returning to personal training with more knowledge, more experience, and more purpose than ever. Every conversation in the gym, every person I’ve helped off the clock, and every transformation I’ve watched reminded me that coaching is a core part of who I am. Helping people become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves isn’t just something I’m skilled at, it’s something I’m meant to be doing.
I’m not generic.
And I don’t hand out cookie cutter routines.
I’m a people person. I care deeply about every client I work with. When you train with me, you’re not just getting workouts, you’re joining a family. You’re partnering with someone who understands the struggle from both sides and knows how to guide you with real experience, discipline, accountability, and compassion.
This is my comeback.
This is my purpose.

On-Site / In-Person Personal Training (30 Minutes)

8-Week Custom Program
A complete, personalized 8-week program built 100% for your goals. Ideal for clients who don’t need live sessions but want a professional plan to follow. Includes a quick 15-minute video consultation to learn your goals, equipment, limitations, and lifestyle. Your full plan is uploaded to Trainerize with reps, sets, videos, and progress tracking.
